Culture
Our roots may be deep in Southern California, but you won’t find us in a shiny high-rise in downtown L.A. or San Diego. You’ll find us smack dab in the middle, enjoying our ocean view in the laid-back surf town of San Clemente. We try not to brag about the average 71-degree temperature. Instead, we put our free time to good use.
We love California (no surprise here), but we’ve attracted talented folks from the East Coast and as far as Brazil. Our unique backgrounds and creative brainpower define the Album culture. Come see for yourself. Anytime.

- co-founded Album in 2002
- manages key relationships with brands like Ben & Jerry’s, Great Clips, Cambro Manufacturing, and many more

- passionate about surfing and making music
- fluent in Spanish

Matt Parker
Co-Founder & Creative Director
- studied design & marketing at University of Utah and Chapman University
- co-founded Album in 2002
- manages key relationships with brands like Too Faced Cosmetics, Evolv, 24 Carrots, and many others
- father of 4 (2 girls & 2 boys)
- surfboard shaper with thousands of boards under his belt

Larissa Clark
Office Manager & Client Coordinator
- General studies at Saddleback College
- Mother of 3 teenage boys
- Reality TV junkie

Michel Ferreira
Design Director (& Brazilian Ambassador)
- Born & raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (a true Carioca).
- Studied Marketing & Advertising in Brazil and taught Design in College
- 15 years experience on tech startups and on design agencies with a variety of clients, from ground-floor start-ups to multi-national corporations from all over the globe – such as Coca-Cola and the NBA amongst many others
- Father of a beautiful young girl
- Passionate about Design, Music, Movies, the Web and all sorts of geekery.

Brad Callister
Lead Designer (& New Father)
- Studied Visual Arts at Brigham Young University
- Been designing @ album since 2006
- Designs, builds, and helps manage projects to completion
- Father of 1 boy
- Passionate about being a dad.

Anthony Forier
Designer (& East Coast Transplant)
- Studied design & marketing at Central Connecticut State University
- Worked as a web designer in Connecticut for 5 years, starting at age 16
- Enjoys getting to the root of a problem and developing creative solutions
- Stereotypical Apple enthusiast (read: fanboy)
- Passionate about design, technology, and NASCAR racing

Shea McGee
Writer
- Graduated from BYU in Communications with emphasis in Public Relations
- Worked as Communication Executive and Public Relations Manager for two major firms based in Salt Lake City.
- Managed large campaigns for health care groups, clothing companies, nonprofit organizations and government agencies.
- Native Texan.
- Avid yogi.

Yvette Davis
SEO/SEM Specialist
- Studied Broadcasting, Public Relations and Marketing
- 10 years experience in Online Marketing
- Worked as a DJ for a Classic Rock radio station for several years (will not say what years, LOL)
- Passionate about: Music, non-profit volunteering, designing wordpress sites, social media, SEO, anything web related, photography, and the ocean
We Work For Free
We thought that might get your attention. From time to time, startups approach us with great potential and limited funding. In exchange for equity, we rock our branding process and creative brainpower. These engagements are a hybrid of equity, deep discounts, deferred payment or no payment at all – as in, free work.
